Damdama Lake
At Delhi you will have no dearth of places for fun and adventure. If you love boating and rock climbing you will just have to get out of Delhi. Just about 3 hours drive from the city of Delhi, you can go to the Domdama Lake near the Aravalli Hills. The lake provides ample scope for boating and if you are an avid rock climber, you will have ample scope to try out your skills in the difficult terrains of the Aravalli.

Just three and a half hours drive from the city of Delhi towards the bordering state of Haryana, you will find a picturesque picnic spot with fields of wavy grass and a fantastic hot spring. The place is also the proud venue of the Statesman Vintage Car Rally in the month of February. You will find some fascinatingly beautiful cars of yore race gracefully at the rally.
Dhauj
People with a passion for height and a liking for birds must visit Dhauj. This beautiful place is only 40 km away from the city of Delhi and is nestled sweetly in the Aravalli Hills. The cliff overlooks a reservoir and is a fine place for bird watching.

Surajkund
 This is actually a water tank named after the Sun God. In one corner of the circular tank there is a raised ramp and this was probably used by elephants. There is also an artificial lake and this provides for an excellent boating and picnic spot. In the month of February, the place comes alive because a fair takes place for a fortnight and artisans from all over the country come here to display their wares.
