Gardens
The capital city of India is much more than a jungle of concrete and wood. Amidst pollution and excessive traffic, the city of Delhi also has some greenery and no wonder people flock to these beautiful garden to spend some time there away from the smoke and dust of the city.
Mughal Garden
Located within the premises of the President house, this garden is not opened to public viewing. During the spring seasons of February and March, when the garden is in full bloom people are allowed inside. This garden have some exotic and rare flower plants. The fountains only add to the beauty of the place.
Rose Garden
National Rose Garden is situated in the Chanakya Puri area of the capital. This garden has some of the rarest and extremely costly imported rose variety. The best season to visit this garden is during the month of December and January when the flowers are in full bloom.
Lodhi Garden
This garden is very well planned and has artificial streams. The Tombs of the rulers adorn the architectural style which was latter used in the construction of Taj Mahal. The beauty of the garden will confound you. This is one of the most beautiful place that you will see while on tour of the city.
The Zoological Garden
 The zoo in Delhi has quite a few animals and one of them is the exotic white tiger. The place is extremely popular among the children but make no mistake, people from all age flock to the place to have a glimpse of the animals in confinement. It is located near the Old Fort which is popularly called the Purana Quila.
