Ranthambore National Park
Situated at a distance of 145 km from Jaipur, Ranthambore National Park is one of the finest ecological destination and a very adventurous place for you to visit from Delhi. The biggest advantage of visiting Ranthambore is its accessibility. The railway station of Sawai Madhopur lies on one of the busiest rail rout, i.e. the Delhi-Mumbai rout. If you wish to travel by air, all that you need to do is catch a flight to Jaipur and then travel to Madhopur by car. This will take no more than a couple of hours.
The best time to visit the place is between the months of October and June. In the winter, you will find the weather extremely pleasing for a trek through the park. In the summer the heat is intense in this part of the country and you will find it rather uncomfortable under the sun but if you are a hardcore big game lover you will surely have the pleasure of looking at some of the most exotic animals by lazing around the waterholes.
